Senior Java/ Fullstack Developer (Azure)

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or a technical field.
• 5+ years in corporate IT in a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience in Java and common Java frameworks.
• Subject-matter expert in the technical domain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to drive issue resolution independently.
• Experience working across multiple teams and managing technical dependencies.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments.
• 10+ years of commercial experience building web applications with Java and frontend technologies.
• Practical experience with Java 25 and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST APIs and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience with source code management using GitHub, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
• Experience with Azure, including Cosmos DB, Application Insights, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience applying AI tools and practices within the SDLC.
• Practical experience with Angular or React.js, preferably both.
• Very good spoken and written English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Guidewire platforms.
• Knowledge of Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Relevant certifications in Java, Spring, SQL, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Jutro Digital Platform (JDP).

• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and expert-level guidance within the assigned domain.
• Support architectural discussions, integration initiatives, and modernization efforts.
• Drive best practices across software development, DevOps, and operational excellence.
• Leverage AI-enabled approaches and tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
