Wymagania
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong expertise in core Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools: Flow Builder, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience with data model design, including Objects, Fields, Relationships, Record Types, and Page Layouts.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Service business processes, including lead-to-cash, case management, and opportunity management.
- Experience with the Salesforce security model: Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules, and OWD (Organization-Wide Defaults).
- Experience with data migration tools, including Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications and collaborating with developers on Apex/Lightning Web Components (LWC) customizations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft, or point-to-point integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience leading workshops, discovery sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- English level: B2 or higher (C1 preferred).
Nice to have:
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience migration projects.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology.
- Experience managing or mentoring junior consultants.
- Industry-specific experience with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, or similar.
- Experience with CPQ, Pardot/Account Engagement, or Einstein Analytics.
- Pre-sales or solution architecture experience.
