Wymagania
- Demonstrated Staff-level expertise in large-scale distributed environments; examples include Google, Databricks, Apple, and Meta.
- Deep proficiency in at least one backend language: C++, Java, Scala, Rust, Go, or Python, with adaptability to polyglot codebases.
- Hands-on experience with streaming and data-processing frameworks such as Spark, Delta Lake, or equivalent log pipelines.
- Experience with live production migrations, rollback planning, and automated parity testing.
- Proficiency using AI coding tools to support daily execution and project delivery.
- Strong self-direction, strategic alignment, and high-level technical communication skills.
- Professional English proficiency at C1+ level.

- Automate and standardize region-to-region production migrations, including zero-downtime, multi-region migrations across cloud providers.
- Provision end-to-end multi-cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and AI acceleration.
- Enhance the scalability and reliability of high-throughput log delivery systems.
- Handle high-throughput, low-latency processing and reliability for large-scale log ingestion and streaming pipelines.
- Use agentic AI coding tools and Infrastructure-as-Code automation to streamline environment provisioning and reduce operational overhead.
