Podsumowanie oferty

You will build and roll out reusable CI/CD pipelines for cloud services and software installed at dealer sites, and help teams adopt them. The role also covers repository migrations, pipeline security, and service observability using tools such as GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and OpenTelemetry.

Wymagania

5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, or build engineering.
A track record of migrating many repositories to a single platform.
Experience building CI/CD templates used by several teams.
Experience with cloud services and installed (on-premises) software.
Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions or equivalent, and pipelines for .NET and other stacks.
Experience with containers and Kubernetes.
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar), AWS, and Azure.
Experience with SAST, SCA, secret and container scanning (Aikido or similar).
Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Azure Application Insights.
Fluent English; interviews are held in English.
You work with teams, are patient with long-lived systems, finish what you start, and explain standards clearly.

Nice to have:

Automotive or DMS (Dealer Management System) software experience.
Experience with GDPR-regulated data.
Hands-on use of DORA metrics.
Experience using AI in pipelines, such as AI-assisted code review.

Obowiązki

One home for source code:

Migrate repositories into a single GitHub organisation while preserving history, permissions, and branch protection.
Define repository standards for ownership, branching, code reviews, and required checks.

Standard pipelines teams actually adopt:

Build reusable pipeline templates for builds, tests, security scans, and releases.
Onboard product teams for cloud services and software installed at dealer sites.
Make releases repeatable through versioning, artefacts, environments, approvals, and rollback.

Security built into every pipeline:

Add code, dependency, secret, and container scanning to every pipeline, with gates for critical and high findings.
Manage pipeline secrets and access safely.

Observability from day one:

Provide services with standard logs, metrics, traces, alerts, and dashboards from their first deployment.
Track delivery performance using the four DORA metrics: deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and time to restore.

Handover that sticks:

Document the standard in clear, short guides.
Coach product teams and Developer Experience engineers so they can run everything independently after the engagement ends.
