Figma React LLMAIAPIMCP

Podsumowanie oferty

Shape Spate’s core product: a dashboard where brand teams explore trends, build reports, and work with an AI assistant. You’ll define product experiences for AI and LLM features, and help align the Figma design system with the React component library.

Wymagania

3+ years of product design experience, ideally owning features end to end in a B2B or SaaS product.
Strong product opinions; thinks about what to build and why, and is comfortable defending and revising ideas.
A portfolio showing how problems were framed, including at least one case study that starts from a fuzzy problem with no spec.
Experience designing data-heavy products such as dashboards, analytics, or reporting tools.
Experience working within or contributing to a design system, and understanding of how components and patterns scale.
Real curiosity about AI products, ideally with hands-on exploration.
Strong written communication in English.
Fluency in Figma and use of AI tools in everyday workflow.

Nice to have:

Experience as the first or only designer on a team.
Experience building or substantially evolving a design system adopted by engineers.
Experience designing AI features or writing evaluation rubrics for LLM output.
Depth in data visualization.
Familiarity with consumer goods, beauty, food, or marketing and insights tools.
Comfort building quick functional prototypes with AI tools to test ideas against real outputs.

Obowiązki

The product, not just the screens:

Help decide what to build and why, and stay involved from the first conversation through launch.
Work with the frontend lead to choose the right deliverable for each problem, such as a written proposal, user flow, prototype, or full Figma spec.

Finding problems worth solving:

Find user pain points through customer calls, interviews, feedback, and usage data.
Frame problems, explore options, and make the case for a direction.

How our AI features work:

Decide when an experience should be a chat, a report, or an inline summary.
Define how to show where an insight came from and handle loading, uncertainty, and wrong answers.
Help shape the voice and structure of AI-generated insights.

The design system:

Own the design system’s principles and the Figma side.
Partner with frontend engineers to bring the Figma library and React component library into alignment as a single source of truth.
Establish data visualization standards and patterns for AI features.

The feedback loop, with our frontend lead:

Co-own product metrics, user feedback tracking, and quality evaluation for LLM features.
Define what a good AI answer looks like for users and turn that into measurable rubrics.
