Coordinate integrations between the RGM platform, SAP and surrounding systems for an international Revenue Growth Management implementation in the FMCG sector. The role focuses on the integration workstream, including interfaces, dependencies, testing and coordination across technical and business teams.

Wymagania

At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO or Junior Project Manager in IT projects.
Practical experience in integration projects, including coordination of interfaces and dependencies between systems.
Good understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration environments.
Familiarity with IDoc, APIs and middleware.
Experience coordinating SIT/UAT testing and defect management.
Very good command of English; the project is conducted entirely in English.
Experience with project tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, Excel and scheduling tools.
Ability to work on a B2B contract.
Availability to work during the client's business hours in the Mexico Central Time zone.

Nice to have:

Spanish at a communicative level.
Experience in the FMCG / CPG industry.
Knowledge of trade promotions, trade spend or commercial conditions.
Experience with RGM / TPM platforms, such as Salesforce or Visualfabriq.
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite / CPI / BTP.
Experience working in international, geographically distributed and multi-vendor projects.

Obowiązki

Maintain and coordinate the interface register and integration dependencies.
Track actions, owners, deadlines and open topics across teams.
Coordinate activities between SAP, RGM and other technical teams.
Support planning and coordination of SIT and UAT.
Track defects and coordinate their resolution across relevant teams.
Monitor the integration backlog and project dependencies.
Prepare status updates and highlight risks, blockers and delays.
Support communication across a geographically distributed, multi-vendor project environment.

Start ASAP, preferably November 2026.
Work during the client's business hours in the Mexico / Central Time zone.
