Linux Python shell CI/CD Docker Jenkins Ansible Git large language modelsAI

Podsumowanie oferty

You will operate and triage the CI infrastructure behind large-scale driver and platform validation, distinguishing hardware faults from software-induced failures. The work includes investigating logs, monitoring the test fleet, and automating recurring checks using Linux, Python or shell, with scope to apply AI-assisted tooling.

Wymagania

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Curiosity and persistence in investigating technical problems and working through logs and evidence.
Working knowledge of the Linux command line and ability to read system and kernel logs.
Basic scripting ability in Python or shell.
Methodical, evidence-based troubleshooting, including clearly stating what has been ruled out.
Clear written communication in English.
Availability to work on site in the lab regularly within a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have:

Exposure to CI/CD systems, monitoring, or observability tooling.
Interest in applying AI and large language models to log analysis, failure classification, or anomaly detection.
Practical PC hardware experience, including assembling systems, replacing components, and diagnosing faults.
Familiarity with containers and automation tooling such as Docker, Jenkins, or Ansible.
Experience with log or data analysis and presenting findings clearly.
Familiarity with Git and pull request workflows.
Interest in open source and large-scale validation infrastructure.

Obowiązki

Triage infrastructure failure reports by reviewing logs and test artifacts, assessing machine state, and determining whether faults originate in hardware or the software under test.
Raise lab support requests for confirmed hardware faults, documenting affected components, symptoms, and causes already ruled out.
Return software-induced failures to the owning team and identify the test or change that left the system in a faulty state.
Monitor test-fleet health, including machine availability, device detection, storage errors, and network errors, and escalate anomalies.
Collect system and kernel logs, console output, device and firmware state, and artifacts from specific CI runs.
Work with lab test systems to verify connections and peripherals, confirm component replacements, and validate that machines are ready for production.
Track recurring failures to identify unreliable components and platforms, and feed findings into how the environment is built.
Automate recurring checks, including with AI-assisted tooling, to make dashboard reviews and log analysis repeatable.
