Provide functional expertise in SAP Cash Management and the Bank Management process in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. Configure automatic payment runs and automate bank statement import and posting for reconciliation, working with treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable teams and banks.

Wymagania

Strong knowledge of SAP FI Banking and its integration with accounts payable, accounts receivable and GL.
Experience in Bank Management in ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
Integration knowledge of MM and SD.
Hands-on experience configuring automatic payment runs, bank statement import and automatic posting.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Obowiązki

Configure the automatic payment process for outgoing bank files, including house banks, payment methods, payment advice and, where required, Bank Communication Management (BCM).
Configure the creation of bank files and their routing to banks via H2H, including manual file creation in SAP where required.
Enable the import of different types of bank statements and ensure postings are made automatically to the correct GL accounts for bank and subledger reconciliation, including maintenance of search strings.
Assess the impact of new bank accounts and payment methods on vendor and customer payments.
Support configuration in S/4HANA Cash Management, including exchange rates and their use.
Support SAP to non-SAP interfaces and vice versa.
Communicate with banks about the SAP IT setup for new arrangements and payment processing requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP Bank Management.
Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Support agile ways of working using Azure Boards and participate in agile ceremonies.
