Join a technical team working on Fintech and crypto products. You’ll design and develop applications and contribute to their technical quality and architecture, using Go.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with backend development in any language.
At least 2 years of commercial experience with Go.
An AI-first mindset: use AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor and Claude in daily work, and create flows and automate tasks with them.
Experience in the banking industry or with Fintech products.
Understanding of business needs.
Experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL is preferred.
Knowledge of HTTP and REST.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with blockchain-related topics.
Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into products.
Experience with Docker and k8s.
Some cloud experience.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment.
Design and develop applications.
Take care of the technical quality of the application and system architecture.
Optimize the application for performance.
Write unit and integration tests.
Mentor others and participate in code reviews.
