Podsumowanie oferty

Lead the migration from LiveChat to Amazon Connect Chat for a global life-sciences client, covering platform configuration, a custom agent workspace, and integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, and DynamoDB. You will drive technical delivery and contribute hands-on to high-risk components alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Wymagania

5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and the Amazon Connect Streams API; able to build and debug contact flows directly.
Proficiency in AWS Lambda and serverless integration, including DynamoDB, S3, and EventBridge.
Experience leading delivery teams on time-critical AWS engagements and holding a team to a fixed deadline through sequencing and proactive risk management.
Skills in Salesforce integration, including REST API patterns, Lambda/S3 triggers, or equivalent event-driven integration with CRM platforms.
Capability to work with blended IaC pipelines (CloudFormation/CDK for what can be automated, with manual procedures where it cannot).
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for Teams presence/status, or ability to ramp up quickly.
Clear, direct communication skills; able to surface risks to stakeholders early and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

Prior experience on LiveChat-to-Connect or comparable contact-centre platform migrations.
Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) SSO configuration for Amazon Connect.
Experience with Amazon Connect Cases or Connect Wisdom.
Background in life sciences, medtech, or comparable regulated-industry delivery.

Obowiązki

Own technical delivery quality from Discovery through Build; present architecture alignment to the SA and timelines and risks to the Delivery Manager.
Break architecture decisions into implementable work items; maintain a backlog that reflects the March 1 deadline and sequences dependencies.
Contribute hands-on to high-risk components, including bidirectional Teams sync and Salesforce iFrame authentication.
Run code reviews and enforce implementation standards across the team.
Identify and escalate blockers, particularly external dependencies such as Azure AD app registration, Salesforce team access, and the Bedrock API contract.
Ensure QA has testable, documented components; collaborate on end-to-end SIT test cases.
Lead knowledge-transfer activities using a train-the-trainer model so the client's team can operate the platform after go-live.
Coordinate with the Entra ID/Azure AD provisioning workstream and the Bedrock/Lex self-service team on the agent-availability API interface.
Lead day-to-day technical delivery across a multidisciplinary team of Amazon Connect developers, a Salesforce developer, DevOps, and QA.
