Software Engineer React

We are an e-commerce platform in Poland and a network of travel agencies offering a wide range of travel products. We are part of Wirtualna Polska Holding – Poland’s largest group of media and e-commerce companies. Alongside Wakacje.pl and the Invia brands, we scale our impact across the CEE market, driven by a shared #TravelMindset.

• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Solid experience in designing and consuming RESTful services.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficient in using Chrome DevTools and performance optimization techniques.

• Take the lead in building and maintaining frontend applications using React and TypeScript with emphasis on modularity, performance, and user experience.
• Understand and navigate a complex system processing travel data from hundreds of sources across 7 countries.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers using Symfony, PHP, and Go, data engineers, and product owners.
• Share knowledge, review code with empathy, and support teammates' growth.
• Write tests, advocate for best practices, and balance speed with maintainability.
• Actively participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning meetings.
• Utilize a development stack including React and TypeScript.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SEO/SEA.
• Playwright or other automated end-to-end testing setup.
• Understanding of microservices architecture (monorepo).
• Familiarity with backend languages (GoLang, PHP, Node, Scala).
• Experience with Mantine UI library.
• Demonstrated personal or professional projects on GitHub.
