QA Engineer

• Established experience in software testing, preferably in financial projects
• Ability to apply testing techniques in practice
• Experience in API testing and API testing automation
• Experience in testing business logic
• Basic knowledge of SQL with experience in normalized and denormalized databases
• Experience with Postman and JMeter
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to have:

• Higher technical education
• Experience in writing and maintaining documentation
• Familiarity with the financial industry and regulatory requirements
• Basic knowledge of one well-known programming language such as JS, Java, or C++

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure quality of financial products, services, and systems
• Manage the QA process, ensuring security requirements are met
• Develop and present ideas for software and service improvement
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Automate API testing using a JavaScript framework
• Conduct functional testing of business logic across simple to complex multi-level scenarios
• Assist in developing automated testing scripts and tools
• Continuously monitor and improve testing processes and tools
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance and testing
• Participate in creating and maintaining documentation related to software testing processes and procedures
