ERP/SAP Program Lead

• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Over 10 years of proven experience in client-facing consulting/contracting roles.
• Track record in project and program delivery across full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs for ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication in the country's official language(s) (C2) and English (C2).
• Willingness to travel related to projects.
• Ability to lead teams in preparing large proposals and program plans, leveraging differentiators.
• Ability to articulate value propositions, manage program financials, and lead proposal presentations.
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Experience mentoring and coaching consulting resources.

• Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from start to finish.
• Ensure program delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams including multiple vendors and client organizations.
• Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
