SAP SD Functional Consultant

• Good understanding and experience with the SAP SD module.
• Systems hands-on experience.
• Technical understanding of the module.
• Ability to work with ABAP team for custom development.
• Good knowledge of S4HANA concepts; intercompany knowledge is a plus.
• Experience driving SAP SD workshops.
• Expertise in workshop preparation, facilitation, documentation, and meeting minute writing.
• Ability to create functional specifications and design data objects.
• Experience collaborating with business and development teams.
• Experience with Solution Manager and following CSV guidelines.
• Ability to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good communication, proactive attitude, and presentation skills.
• Ability to demonstrate SAP processes.
• Agile knowledge, ideally SAFe Agile certified.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles and multiple full lifecycle SAP programs including ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
• Experience mentoring and coaching consulting resources.

• Support business process flow alignment and coordination.
• Support the implementation.
• Support the business during transition and post go-live.
• Conduct SAP SD workshops, including preparation, facilitation, and documentation of outputs such as URS and IT requirements.
• Write meeting minutes.
• Provide input into process design in the S/4 system based on FIT GAPs.
• Create functional specifications, data objects and field designs, and assess role impacts.
• Collaborate closely with business and development teams.
• Use Solution Manager and follow CSV guidelines.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and the definition of done.
• Liaise between Order to Cash (O2C) and other streams.
• Demonstrate SAP processes to wider audiences.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies of the ART such as daily stand-ups, iteration demos, reviews, and program increment planning.
