Machine Learning Engineer - Monopoly World

Reality Games is developing Monopoly World, a high-impact gaming project aiming to reach players worldwide. The team is based in Kraków in the iconic railway station building.

• At least 2 years of experience in designing and building machine learning systems
• Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language
• At least 1 year of experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop
• Experience with cloud-based machine learning services, such as Amazon SageMaker or Google Cloud AI Platform
• Very good command of English

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to enhance game features and player experience
• Implement and maintain data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale game data
• Collaborate with data scientists, game designers, and engineers to integrate ML solutions into the game
• Improve the performance and scalability of ML systems using cloud-based services
• Monitor, test, and fine-tune machine learning models to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Research and apply the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Work with Big Data technologies to process and analyze complex datasets
• Ensure the security and compliance of data used in machine learning applications

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Kraków, Poland, at the iconic railway station building.
