Wymagania
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management solutions such as: SAP PM/EAM/MM, IBM Maximo, HxGN (Infor) EAM, IFS EAM.
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes across the asset lifecycle.
- Proven creative and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Project Management skills including planning, deliverable development, execution monitoring, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change request management.
- Experience in Change Management involving process review, future state definition, training material development, and training delivery.
- Operational experience in the manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent Business English communication skills (written and spoken); knowledge of German or French is appreciated.
Obowiązki
- Work closely with client business stakeholders to understand and provide solutions in Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance.
- Lead EAM platform solutioning, implementation, enhancement projects including planning, design, fit/gap analysis, build, configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other ERP modules.
- Manage Master Data Management and Governance focusing on asset maintenance operations, MRO supply chain, quality assurance, and warehouse management.
- Develop and implement APM (Asset Performance Management) solutions to improve digital asset management and streamline operations.
