MLOps Engineer (CX)

• 5+ years of experience after completing higher education.
• Advanced Python programming with production experience using web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) and testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including Kubernetes services (EKS/GKE/AKS).
• Experience collaborating with data science or research teams to translate experimental code into production systems.
• Strong foundation in version control, testing strategies, software architecture principles, async programming, and concurrent system design.
• Design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure using distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark and data lake architectures.
• English language skills at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn, numpy).
• Production ML pipeline development from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), inference engines (vLLM, SGLang), distributed computing (Ray.io), and data labeling platforms (Label Studio).
• Experience with managed ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI).

• Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure workloads, including container orchestration and automated testing.
• Partner closely with data scientists and research teams to translate experimental models into robust, production-ready systems.
• Establish infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and comprehensive logging/monitoring.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw; Type of contract: B2B; Rate: 250 PLN/H net + VAT; Long-term cooperation (2+ years).
