Data Scientist (CX)

• 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and vanilla JavaScript (basic knowledge).
• Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Expertise in handling large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
• Experience working with open-source models, Llama, and AI/NLP across domains.
• Mastery of NLP and related libraries.
• Understanding of business operations and crafting actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in English language (B2+/C1 level).

• Design and implement advanced algorithms for generative AI models that improve human-machine interaction within specified industries.
• Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights, trends, and patterns aligned with the joint venture's goals.
• Develop and train generative AI models, ensuring effectiveness through rigorous evaluation.
• Collaborate with an elite team to transition from conventional language models to cutting-edge LLMs and fine-tuning techniques like LoRA and QLoRA.
• Stay updated on AI and generative model advancements, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
• Acquire deep understanding of shipping and industrialized industries to customize generative AI solutions addressing sector-specific challenges.
