SAP Basis Administrator (Service Team)

SE16N is a consulting company specializing in SAP services delivery in technology, integration, programming, management, and post-implementation support. They provide comprehensive assistance including IT system audit, recommendations, solution implementations, education, and user support. The role supports a fast-growing team of Basis Consultants based in Warsaw and Wroclaw working on SAP projects and advanced service support for customers.

• 3+ years of experience on SAP projects or SAP system administration
• Knowledge and experience with SAP systems installation, update, upgrade, and migration
• Experience in SAP systems monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager
• Strong OS level and database administration skills
• Proficient in Polish and English verbal and written communication
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• SAP Certificate (System Administration, OS/DB Migration, Hana)
• Additional language skills (German, Russian)
• SAP Cloud Platform administration skills
• Experience in ABAP programming
• Cloud architecture and/or development/operations (dev/ops) skills

• Administer and support SAP systems including ERP, CRM, SRM, S4/HANA, PI/PO, and BW
• Install, update, upgrade, and migrate SAP systems
• Monitor system performance and conduct performance tuning
• Troubleshoot issues within SAP landscapes
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager for system management
• Manage operating system (OS) level and database administration tasks
• Communicate effectively in Polish and English with clients and team members
• Analyze and resolve technical problems related to SAP environments
