WS Client Administrator

This role supports a diverse software development environment with a focus on application packaging and deployment, involving significant interaction with customers and requiring strong German language skills.

• MECM project experience
• Good experience in Citrix terminal service
• Powershell programming
• Experience with ASG CloudShaper, NSIS
• Experience with App Deployment Toolkit and task sequences development/workflows
• Experience with Windows 10 client and server operating systems Windows 2012, 2016, and 2019
• Operation of job management tool ServiceNow
• Good written and spoken German language skills for permanent customer contact

• Interface function and support of customer test center
• Consideration of interfaces to other systems (WAP Portal, Orchestrator)
• ITIL compliant handling of incidents
