IAM Operations Manager

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in IAM or infrastructure operations within complex enterprises.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in IAM or IT operations roles.
• Expertise in IAM technologies and concepts including identity lifecycle management, access management, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, directories, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IAM-related certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISM, CISSP) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of IAM services aligned with SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee IAM technologies such as PKI, DNS, and Active Directory, focusing on continuous optimization.
• Contribute to the insourcing initiative and collaborate with the Product Owner on the IAM roadmap.
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative actions for IAM services.
• Use ServiceNow data insights to improve team efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance of IAM services with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop IAM Operations Engineers.
• Foster collaboration with Security, Network, and Global IT teams for cohesive IAM service delivery.
• Implement automation tools and processes to enhance IAM scalability and security.

This position is remote with occasional in-person workshops or meetings in Warsaw or Germany.
