Network Engineer

• 5+ years experience as a Network Engineer/Network Security Engineer.
• CCNP level knowledge of routing and switching.
• Understanding of network architecture (HLD/LLD) including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Experience with enterprise, core, and ISP class networks.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies: STP, VLAN, link aggregation (M-LAG), stacking.
• Knowledge of routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, DMVPN.
• Knowledge of provider-level technologies: MPLS, MPLS L2/L3 VPNs.
• Knowledge of data centre technologies: VXLAN, VXLAN EVPN, MLAG, BGP.
• Experience with multiple vendors: Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Aruba, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.

Nice to have:

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and inventory tools like NetBox, SolarWinds, Nagios.
• Knowledge of network automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Experience with networking in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
