Cloud DevOps Engineer

• Expert understanding of DevOps principles
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and available tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with application teams and IT teams
• Proven track record of seeking process improvements and implementing changes successfully
• Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP

• Support and resolve customer requests across AWS, Azure, and GCP internal platforms
• Support project teams with their application deployments
• Troubleshoot customer project configurations using tools like Terraform, Jenkins
• Ensure compliance with operational standards
• Update support and operational documentation as required
• Implement good change management practices as per central standards
• Provide out-of-business-hours support on a rotational on-call basis as part of 24x7 coverage
• Build strong relationships with application teams and cross-functional IT teams

Hybrid work with a requirement to work 6 days per month from the office in Kraków. Recruitment process includes a phone screen and online meetings with hiring managers.
