RPA Senior Automation Developer - Blue Prism & UiPath

• Higher education in IT or a technically related field.
• Around 2-3 years of development experience with RPA platforms, including Blue Prism and UiPath, and object-oriented programming languages.
• UiPath Document Understanding experience is an asset.
• Ability to understand business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize automated solutions.
• Technical skills for independently executing tasks throughout automation development phases.
• Good communication skills to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Technical and interpersonal skills for coordinating and reporting team activities.
• Very good English language skills in speaking and writing.

• Implement, test, and deploy Automation Software solutions.
• Interpret and translate customer/client requirements into technology solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance.
• Adapt to new technology and technical areas for improved architectural solutions.
• Document and maintain best practices and development techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Act as point of escalation for the client.
• Mentor and lead the automation team, drive trainings, and participate in recruitment activities.
