Wymagania
- Experience in engineering industries such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy utility, or life sciences
- Experience in (partial) project management of complex transformation projects in engineering environments
- Degree in engineering, IT, natural sciences, or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of product development and core processes
- Experience in strategy and organizational development within engineering
- Consulting experience in design, optimization, and implementation of product development processes
- Ability to identify and drive measurable cost reductions across the product lifecycle
- Knowledge of (Model Based) Systems Engineering and process modeling languages (SysML, BPMN) and/or product lifecycle management (PLM)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent English and solid German language skills
Obowiązki
- Advise customers on engineering transformation strategy, processes, methods, and change management
- Support strategy and transformation for product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM), optimizing processes and implementing digital transformation projects
- Assist clients with software and systems engineering, including utilization of (Model Based) Systems Engineering, adapting best practices, tool tailoring, and creating demonstrators
- Support digital continuity, digital twin, and connected value chain initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional engineering collaboration among sales, manufacturing, and procurement
- Drive cost efficiency and cost reduction initiatives across engineering and R&D processes
