R2R Finance Consultant - Strategy & Transformation

• Minimum 3 years of experience in R2R accounting with strong process knowledge
• Fluent English skills (C1 level)
• Proven experience in process documentation (flows, narratives, SOPs, control frameworks)
• Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
• Experience in client-facing activities (workshops, presentations, trainings)
• Knowledge of at least one ERP system: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle

• Participate in finance transformation projects, supporting Transformation Managers in delivering project outcomes
• Support workshops focused on Target Operating Model and Process Design, documenting decisions and solutions
• Provide process and technology improvement recommendations to guide clients through their transformation journey
• Collaborate with Client Subject Matter Experts to complete deliverables
• Stay updated on technological developments and suggest relevant improvements
