• Experience in business process modeling and requirements with knowledge of modelling tools capabilities, e.g., Business Optix and/or SAP Signavio
• BPMN 2.0 experience and/or knowledge
• Ability to lead and manage project or program work streams and deliverables
• Expertise in shaping and structuring work packages
• Initiative to seek improvements in process modelling environments and collaborate with developers
• Understanding of digital twin, process mining, process design, and process modeling concepts
• Process awareness within specific industry sectors is a plus

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end related to DGEM library content development, enhancement, or extension
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Estimate resources and participants to achieve project goals
• Monitor project continuously and highlight risks to DGEM Global Process Owner
• Ensure project meets deliverables on schedule, within scope, budget, and quality standards
• Act as escalation point for issues and manage compliance, contingency, and risk
• Execute standard Project Management processes accurately and timely
• Establish relationships and cooperate with Capgemini modelling tools owners and vendors (Business Optix, Signavio)
• Support sales process with process modeling and tools expertise
• Act as administrator for all Capgemini DGEM libraries in Business Optix and SAP Signavio
