HR Process Specialist (with German)

• Very good knowledge of German (minimum C1) and very good knowledge of English (minimum B2)
• At least half year of work experience in the HR department / Talent Acquisition
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree

• Sourcing candidates and screening resumes
• Coordinating interviews and supporting end-to-end recruitment
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience and preparing contract offers
• Managing the ATS and maintaining accurate candidate records
• Partnering with hiring managers on staffing needs and selection decisions
• Building business relationships and contributing to process improvements
