Cloud Operations Engineer

• Experience in large scale IT environments
• Experience working with Azure Cloud technologies and/or AWS and/or GCP
• Acted as an engineer on at least one cloud-based solution (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Experience in provisioning automation and configuration using at least one tool: Puppet, Ansible, Chef, OpenStack
• Experience with version control tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, Perl, PowerShell
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security concepts including tools like Terraform, Biceps

Nice to have:

• Experience with container management and development using Docker, Kubernetes
• Good understanding of Agile / Lean principles
• Knowledge of cluster storage concepts
• Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows OS
• Cloud vendor certificates
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), Certified Security Specialist (CSK), or Docker Certified Associate (DCA) certificates

• Deliver tasks within the technical area as defined in technical requirements
• Write code in programming languages such as Python, Bash, Perl, PowerShell
• Work on administering, supporting, deploying, and developing infrastructure components available in AWS and/or GCP
