HR Process Specialist with German (Sourcing Requisition)

• Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1).
• Very good knowledge of English (minimum B2).
• At least half a year of work experience in the HR department.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Student status or bachelor’s degree.

• Supporting the implementation and improvement of operational processes within the organization.
• Assisting with process mapping and documentation.
• Performing data analysis.
• Identifying areas for improvement.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR operational excellence frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
