Finance Analytics Solution Architect - Functional (RFP-Focused)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, or solutioning roles.
• Strong functional expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience designing solutions for RFPs, RFIs, and client pursuits in finance.
• Familiarity with finance operating models, shared services, global delivery, and transformation levers.
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) from a functional perspective.
• Ability to assess client pain points and propose process improvements, automation, and value strategies.
• Exposure to digital enablers such as automation, analytics, and workflow tools (functional understanding).
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with CFOs, Finance Directors, and transformation leaders.
• Proven ability to lead solution discussions, workshops, and client presentations.
• Experience building solution narratives, transformation roadmaps, and value propositions.
• Collaborative approach working with delivery, sales, and capability teams.

• Lead the functional solutioning for RFPs and client pursuits across finance domains.

• Translate client requirements into solution blueprints, process flows, and transformation strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing models, delivery frameworks, and implementation plans.

• Participate in client workshops, diagnostics, and due diligence to shape solution strategy.

• Support the creation of proposal content, case studies, and client presentations.

• Ensure alignment with Capgemini’s global solution standards and delivery models.

• Monitor and communicate the latest offering and trends to ensure relevance and credibility.

• Engage with partner ecosystem to generate market presence and create opportunities.

• Shape business opportunities and offerings through new technologies and accelerators.

• Own end-to-end solution quality, integrity, and sustainability.

• Manage solution scope and technology risks throughout delivery.

• Partner with Engagement Manager(s) and Analytics Leadership for solution responses.

• Establish and operate the Design Authority for engagements.

• Act as functional authority for finance solutions in pursuits and client engagements.

• Stay updated on industry benchmarks, best practices, and finance transformation trends.

• Mentor junior solution architects and contribute to knowledge assets and accelerators.

• Support development of reusable solution components and frameworks for finance domains.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations.
