O2C Business Transformation Manager

• Proven experience in finance transformation (at least 10 years) with strong end-to-end process knowledge in finance (Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash) and understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating models.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (at least C1).
• Proven leadership of transformation projects in finance and accounting with full accountability for deliverables, team, timeline, and budget.
• Experience in RFI/RFP process, negotiation skills, executive presence, and senior stakeholder management.
• Strong solutioning and process transformation skills focusing on business outcomes.
• Experience in client-facing roles including workshops, presentations, and training delivery.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Knowledge and experience in at least one ERP system: S4H, SAP ECC, or Oracle, with hands-on experience in S4H environment and implementation programs.
• Good understanding or implementation experience of Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash technologies such as Blackline, High Radius, Sarrala SaaS Platforms, RPA, and Intelligent Automation solutions.

• Drive and lead process and technology transformation projects within Finance supporting Transformation Consultants.
• Sell and deliver projects related to operating model design, process design, maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS/SSC setup, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform and RPA implementation, training delivery, and change management.
• Provide improvement recommendations to guide clients in their transformation journey.
• Interact with senior client stakeholders to complete deliverables and drive transformation agenda.
• Keep abreast of technological developments and suggest improvements.
• Build knowledge of market-leading assets and methods such as Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), S4 transformation, ESOAR transformation method, and RPA Technologies.
