• Basic knowledge of IP networks, protocols, firewalls, and proxies.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with operational tasks, Change Management processes, and ticketing tools.
• Ability to analyze documentation, gather information, and connect the dots.
• Understanding of Risk Management Framework and security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Resilience and assertiveness.

• Assess and approve change requests such as firewall openings, proxy/email whitelisting, and Active Directory group membership from a security compliance perspective.
• Interpret security standards and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and raise security awareness.
• Analyze procedural and architectural documentation and verify risk coverage.
• Collaborate with internal teams including CSO, Security Architecture, and Application Owners to support decision-making.
