• At least 8 years of professional experience
• Experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment in the environment of EU Institutions
• Experience leading at least one medium-large ICT project as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience in applying project management methodologies and methods
• Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
• Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• Conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project
• Excellent communication skills with ability to produce high quality written materials and presentations
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and seek improvements proactively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers
• Security Clearance required (screening must be initiated within first 45 days of assignment)
• English proficiency at C1 level with certification needed

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
• Establishes and manages project controls to ensure milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope
• Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables
• Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies
• Liaises with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Assigns and controls tasks, authorizes work packages, balances priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members
• Plans and controls project products delivery processes
• Manages effective communication within the project and with the external environment
• Produces project management products like plans, logs, schedules
• Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project
• Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
• Organizes and conducts project meetings

Security Clearance is required (security screening procedure must be initiated within first 45 days of assignment). English C1 certification needed.
