Solution Engineer (OneTrust)

• 3–4+ years of hands-on technical experience working with the OneTrust platform in configuration and administration.
• Demonstrated ability to independently configure and deploy solutions in OneTrust including admin console, workflows, automation, API integrations, and custom logic.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, privacy governance, data protection, and risk management frameworks.
• Solid technical background, preferably in IT, information systems, or software engineering.
• Experience working with legal, privacy, risk, or compliance teams and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Design, configure, and maintain solutions across various OneTrust modules including Privacy Management, Data Mapping, Assessments, Risk Management, Incident Management, Regulatory Intelligence, and Vendor Risk.
• Build and optimize workflows, questionnaires, rules, automation, templates, dashboards, and integrations within the OneTrust admin console.
• Translate business, legal, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and risk and compliance frameworks into technical OneTrust configurations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and architecture diagrams.
• Work closely with legal, privacy, compliance, risk, and security teams to understand requirements and recommend optimal OneTrust solutions.
• Act as the technical expert during workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OneTrust with internal and external systems using APIs and SSO.
• Monitor and optimize OneTrust performance, workflows, and data quality.
• Stay up to date with OneTrust releases and industry best practices and assess their applicability.
