• Deep understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) architecture
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration
• Knowledge of Azure IAM, RBAC, and networking basics
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Skills in Windows OS imaging and customization
• Experience with MSIX packaging and AppAttach
• Knowledge of securing AVD environments and Azure monitoring tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Ecosystem including Office 365 and SharePoint
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops or VMware Horizon is a plus
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes
• Good communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V), VMware Certified Professional – Desktop and Mobility (VCP-DT)

• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop architecture including host pools, session hosts, and FSLogix user profile management
• Integrate Azure Active Directory with AVD and handle identity management
• Manage Azure IAM and RBAC for secure access and permissions
• Handle Azure networking, DNS, firewalls, and storage such as Azure Fileshares and blobs
• Perform automation and configuration tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Create and update Windows OS images
• Deploy applications using MSIX packaging and AppAttach
• Secure AVD environments and utilize Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for performance tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to translate technical concepts
• Apply Agile and ITIL methodologies including incident and change management
• Manage projects using a mix of SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies

English and German language skills are mandatory.
