Senior EIS Developer/Technical Manager

• BE/B.Tech/MCA with 8 to 10 years of industry experience.
• Hands-on experience in EIS - Policy Core, Billing Core, Claims Core, Customer Core, DXP Capabilities.
• Expertise in core technical skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices, Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka.
• Experience with OpenL Tablets is good to have.
• Ability to design and provide solutions for external integrations.
• Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home Line of Business implementation using EIS.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Experience in the Insurance domain – Property & Casualty.
• Experience in client facing roles is good to have.
• Real time knowledge and understanding of enterprise system integration.

Client responsibilities:

• Work as an overall Technical Program Lead in various technical streams of EIS implementation projects.
• Provide Technical Leadership to solutions, initiatives, and teams.
• Interface and communicate with project coordinators.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor the project team in executing identified projects.
• Ensure regular status reporting to the Manager and project coordinators.
• Interface with customer representatives as needed.
• Travel to customer locations when required.
