• Proven experience as a Guidewire Developer with a strong understanding of Guidewire products
• Expertise in Java programming and object-oriented design principles
• Familiarity with Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications in Guidewire or related technologies are a plus

• Design, develop, and implement Guidewire applications to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications
