• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on documentation
• Strong background in technical writing, training material development, and digital content strategy
• Ability to organize and manage a knowledge platform
• Fluency in English and German (both spoken and written)

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Managed Workplace knowledge documentation covering laptops and workstations, Microsoft Defender & email security, M365 platform, mobile devices, automation and software packaging
• Ensure high-quality documentation to enable technical teams to successfully transition and deliver services
• Handover knowledge and documentation to delivery teams
• Maintain and ensure quality standards across all deliverables
