• Good knowledge and experience in SAP PTM (Plan To Manufacture).
• Very good written and spoken English and Polish.
• Detail oriented and self-directed with strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and awareness of current trends and technical advancements.
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Ability to articulate different technology viewpoints.
• Time management skills and travel flexibility.
• Strong professional track record, preferably in Consulting Services.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes within the PTM work stream.
• Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA components including Production & Capacity Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management, Shopfloor control & Production Orders, Lean Manufacturing with Kanban.
• Create and manage SAP project tracks: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, maintenance, and support.
• Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications.
• Demonstrate leadership and facilitate teamwork.
• Communicate and present various points-of-view on technologies.
• Manage time effectively and be flexible to travel.
