Senior Full Stack Developer (Go/React)

Since 2007, MMDSmart has been a leading supplier in cloud-based business communications, delivering IT products to businesses in over 100 countries. Their platform focuses on Messaging and Voice solutions to empower effective client communication.

• 4+ years of production experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong backend expertise with Go (3+ years), including concurrency, performance, and system design
• Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript (2+ years)
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Good understanding of data modeling with SQL and NoSQL
• Ability to debug complex issues across services
• Comfortable working in evolving requirement environments

Nice to have:

• Experience with real-time systems, messaging, or telecom domains
• Familiarity with event streaming such as Kafka
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
• Exposure to billing systems or high-throughput APIs

• Design and implement new platform capabilities across backend and frontend, including system-level improvements
• Contribute to architecture decisions in a microservices environment using Go and event-driven patterns
• Build and evolve React-based interfaces for enterprise customers and internal teams
• Work on integrations with external vendors such as messaging providers, voice, and billing systems
• Investigate and resolve production issues in a high-scale environment
• Participate in technical discussions, trade-off analysis, and system design reviews
• Occasionally lead initiatives or own a domain end-to-end
