• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower clients to work smarter, faster, and better
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning
• Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Architect and design products using the ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance
• Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities including campaigns, events, and organize Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’ to share knowledge and achievements
