Generative AI Solution Architect

• 8+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture with enterprise solutions delivery
• Strong coding proficiency and ability to prototype, automate, and collaborate across multiple technologies
• Hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
• Solid understanding of data engineering, integration patterns, data governance, and privacy-by-design principles
• Practical or theoretical experience in Generative AI including orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector databases, and model APIs
• Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with Multimodal AI technologies such as vision/OCR, audio (TTS/STT), video processing, document intelligence, or synthetic data generation
• Background in regulated domains like Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences & Healthcare
• Understanding of AI security and risk management including prompt injection, data poisoning, and third-party model vulnerabilities
• Familiarity with UX design for AI assistants and human-in-the-loop review systems
• Openness to occasional client travel for workshops and strategic sessions

• Design and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business goals and technical strategy
• Lead architecture design sessions and guide engineering teams through prototyping, implementation, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand needs and define outcomes
• Translate business challenges into actionable architectural blueprints
• Drive modernization initiatives using cloud-native technologies, data platforms, and event-driven systems
• Integrate Generative AI components using frameworks, APIs, and vector databases
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders
• Contribute to discovery workshops, demos, and pre-sales activities
