IT Business Analyst

• Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment (specifically Kanban framework)
• Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through implementation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with both business users and IT teams across seniority levels
• Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope
• Ability to escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Experience with tools: Confluence and JIRA
• Delivery-oriented approach for tasks and projects

• Work closely with business SMEs to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Perform business requirements gathering using various techniques and support refinement utilizing Agile methodologies
• Present business requirements and proposed solutions to the Product Owner and support development teams during implementation
• Work with IT teams to refine solution designs/user stories and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
• Test delivered IT components and resolve identified defects with the development team
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholder forums and present as required
• Manage conflicting requirements and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to Project Management
