Wymagania
- Higher degree preferred, especially in IT, Data Science, Bioengineering, Bioinformatics, or Data Analytics
- Minimum one year hands-on experience in data analysis for Analyst positions, three years for Consultant positions
- Expertise or background in Life Science, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries
- Solid understanding of how data and artificial intelligence can transform businesses and create value
- Skilled in data analysis, data quality management, and developing/designing data products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to convert complex data concepts into straightforward requirements
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python
- Understanding of Cloud fundamentals including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; experience with Veeva Systems is a plus
- Proficiency with requirement engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucid, or comparable platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe and Scrum, and product management tools
Nice to have:
- Interest in applying GenAI and Agentic AI for use cases such as drug discovery acceleration, regulatory documentation automation, and pharmacovigilance
- Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, data product creation, and system integration patterns
Obowiązki
- Play a key role throughout the solution's lifecycle management to ensure delivered business value aligns with client expectations
- Support stakeholders including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Teams by performing business analysis activities such as gathering requirements, requirement analysis, business process design, and solution design
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements and project information
- Assist technical teams during implementation and rollout phases
- Analyze clinical data obtained from multiple source systems and applications

The position requires willingness and ability to travel to work with clients across Europe and beyond, often at client locations for short or long term. The role is offered under an employment contract (umowa o pracę) based primarily in Warsaw with hybrid work models, including remote work, office presence, and client site visits.
