Gameplay Programmer

• 4+ years experience in C++.
• Excellent understanding of RPG systems and gameplay.
• Experience with commercial proprietary engines.
• Open-minded and iterative approach to feature development.
• Familiarity with state machines, pathfinding, and AI routines.
• Ability to think like a designer to create engaging gameplay.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• Team player willing to take responsibility.
• Passion for making and playing games.
• Strong software design, debugging, and architectural skills.
• Experience designing many parallel and gameplay systems.
• Prior game development experience.
• This is a full-time, on-site role requiring office presence.

• Work on all aspects of game systems including engine features, gameplay, UI, audio, animation, scripting, and tools.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to implement required game components.
• Cooperate with various content creators to deliver features.
• Write robust, maintainable, and auto-testable code following TDD practices.
• Participate actively in game design and production, providing technical feedback.
• Help scope features and advise on implementation strategies.
• Work daily within an international team spread across multiple global studios.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.
