Deloitte Digital is an international consulting team working on Creatio (formerly bpm'online) CRM projects for global brands and leading companies, delivering state-of-the-art CRM solutions across various industries.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Creatio CRM solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Creatio projects.
• Experience in business process analysis, solution design, and CRM customization.
• Proficiency in Creatio platform configuration, customization, and development.
• Experience with Creatio integration tools and techniques such as REST, SOAP, and API integration.
• Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to client challenges.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Creatio certification(s) considered an advantage.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit required to work in Poland.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and requirements, providing recommendations and best practices for optimizing Creatio CRM usage.
• Design and architect customized Creatio solutions including workflow automation, data integration, and user interface customization.
• Lead the implementation of Creatio CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Provide training and ongoing support for clients, conduct user training sessions, and develop documentation.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Creatio and CRM technologies, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
