EcoVadis is currently seeking an Engineering Leader to take ownership of a high-impact product domain. You will lead a large, cross-functional team of approximately 20 diverse engineering talents, driving the engineering vision for a core customer experience. The role combines deep technical expertise in B2B SaaS with a strong product mindset.
Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years in software engineering with significant leadership experience managing large or multiple teams (15+ people valued).
- Deep technical expertise in building complex B2B SaaS enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of modern web application development and cloud platforms.
- Experience with .NET Core, React, and Azure is an advantage.
- Product mindset with experience in dual-leadership setups (Product + Tech).
- Proven track record delivering strategic technical solutions beyond legacy maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (C1/C2), bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven and a team player.
- Ability to work well in an international and multicultural fast-growing company environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
- Experience partnering closely with Product Leadership.
Obowiązki
Key responsibilities:
- Partner strategically with Product Leadership to define the product vision and roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a large cross-functional team of approximately 20 engineers and specialists.
- Manage operational excellence at scale, driving velocity and minimizing friction for complex initiatives.
- Provide deep technical direction and challenge architectural decisions to ensure scalable, maintainable B2B SaaS solutions.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and design teams to align on priorities and delivery.
- Oversee product quality and performance, managing technical debt alongside new feature development.
- Maintain a clear overview of staffing capabilities and drive growth of senior talent within the team.
