Solution Engineer (Infrastructure)

• Over 4 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server Roles, AD Infrastructure, Hyper-V, VM management
• Knowledge of Manage Engine tools like Exchange Reporter, Endpoint Central, Service Desk Plus will be a strong asset
• Experience in implementing Microsoft products (especially infrastructure solutions)
• Certificates: 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, AZ-800, AZ-801, AZ-140, AZ-104
• Ability to conduct training and webinars
• Strong presales and business communication skills
• English proficiency (at least B2 level)
• Higher education in a technical field

• Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications
• Participation in presales activities and supporting the delivery of IT projects
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs
• Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team
