Lead Cloud & Infrastructure Migration Architect (m/f/d)

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformations in cloud, infrastructure, networking, identity, and security domains.
• Experience delivering modernization programs for MSPs, GSIs, or global integrators.
• Expert knowledge in:
  • Cloud: Azure (required), AWS, hybrid identity, zero trust
  • Networking: Cisco Nexus/UCS/HyperFlex, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SD-WAN
  • Security: XDR/MDR/SIEM/SOAR, firewalls, compliance with NIST, CIS, ISO, GDPR, PCI
  • Infrastructure: VMware, Hyper-V, HCI, storage, Active Directory, Quest
  • Automation/DevOps: Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Azure DevOps, GitHub, PowerShell, API integration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience conducting workshops for management.
• Very good English language proficiency (minimum B2/C1).

• Lead end-to-end transformation architecture including infrastructure modernization, multi-cloud adoption, security, and networking.
• Conduct strategic workshops with CIO, CTO, CISO, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Create technical roadmaps, migration plans, and investment recommendations.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud environments, identity, network, and infrastructure.
• Resolve complex technical problems and manage escalations in cloud, security, networking, and data.
• Supervise engineering teams, provide mentoring, and develop repeatable architectural patterns.
• Prepare documentation, migration plans, test scenarios, and report progress and risks to management.
